A Holistic Journey to Well-being
Embarking on a journey towards holistic wellness, I recently had the privilege of experiencing the transformative expertise of Laura, a Whole-body Medicine expert and practitioner specializing in Electrodermal Screening. My personal odyssey began in 2004 when I moved from Italy to the United States, and from the onset, I grappled with an autoimmune disease that eluded conventional treatments. Navigating through the maze of Western medicine brought me to a crossroads, prompting a shift towards holistic and natural remedies and an exploration of various biohacking modalities. I experimented with everything from hair DNA tests to strict dietary protocols, delving into cryotherapy, red light therapy, vibration therapy, and infrared treatments. However, it wasn't until I embraced a holistic lifestyle, left my high-intensity job in experiential marketing for luxury car brands, and became a certified sound healer that I witnessed a profound transformation. This journey of 16 years led me to reverse my autoimmune disease and finally find balance in life.
