As we reflect on the remarkable path that Altha has traveled since its inception in February 2022, we are filled with gratitude for the incredible journey that has unfolded. Over the past two years, Altha has blossomed into a guiding light of healing and harmony in a world that is in great need of more serenity and balance. We are beyond grateful for the many individuals that have joined us on this adventure and have found peace and joy through the power of sound. Sound Bath at Casa Violetta
As our first ever public sound healing session, our sound bath with the Violetta Group to celebrate the acquirement of Casa Violetta was a landmark milestone for the Altha team.
Le Petit Malibu Oceanview Sound Bath
Our sound bath event with Le Petit Malibu allowed us to showcase our Hypno-Sound Bath offering for the first time in a breathtakingly beautiful venue.
Zest AI Corporate Sound Bath
Marking our first corporate sound bath, the sound healing session for the employees at at AI-driven lending software company, Zest AI, ignited our deep passion for improving workplace wellness initiatives.
Four Seasons Global Wellness Day
In addition to yoga, spa treatments, and healthy vegan meals, we were thrilled to provide a hypnosis-infused sound bath as a part of Four Seasons Global Wellness Day at the stunning Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.
Joshua Tree Desert Wellness Retreat
Our Joshua Tree Retreat marked Altha’s first ever wellness retreat. The success of this healing getaway in the beautiful desert landscape of Joshua Tree inspired us to plan many more retreats, as well as to incorporate Mayan Herbal Cleansing Ceremonies at future events.
Helipad Sound Bath
One of the most memorable moments of the last couple of years is when we hosted a one-of-a-kind sound bath experience on the helipad of the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. Watching the sun set over the Hollywood hills while surrounded by the powerful healing sounds of our instruments was a moment we will never forget.
Corporate Team Building Experience for The Love Tower
We were delighted to provide a team-building experience in the beautiful Laguna Beach for the team at Love Tower at Ashah, an incredible project centered around the construction of a sacred monument in Puerto Rico with the purpose of spreading love and unity.
Inara x Altha Fragrance Launch: AWAKEN
Motivated by the incredible connection between neuroscience and the power of scent, the journey of launching our signature fragrance, AWAKEN, was both deeply fulfilling and extremely exciting.
Ferrari Beverly Hills Private Sound Bath at Spring Place
Our first corporate sound healing experience created for the purpose of client entertainment, the custom sound bath event for Ferrari Beverly Hills Owners Club was truly an honor to host.
The First Altha Italian Retreat in Tuscany
For Altha’s inaugural European wellness retreat we visited Altha founder, Letizia’s, beautiful home country of Italy. Home to some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world, it was the perfect location for healing and rejuvenation.
Sound Healing Workshops at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay
Honored by the invitation to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Six Senses Ninh Van Bay as visiting practitioners, we were grateful that our workshops at Six Senses allowed us to spread the power of scent and sound as well as empower others to incorporate these ancient healing techniques in their wellness programs.
Monthly Sound Baths at Still Life

Synergy: The Retreat Show
Synergy 2023 (the only trade show dedicated to the retreat industry), hosted at the captivating Palmaia in Riviera Maya, was an exceptional opportunity for the Altha team to showcase the remarkable healing potential of sound with others in the wellness industry. In awe of the beauty of our surroundings, it also inspired us to host our April 2024 “Rebirth of the Pink Moon” Retreat at Palmaia, House of Aia.
Collaboration with Lunya
As Altha Founder, Letizia, has always been a huge fan of luxury sleepwear brand Lunya, we were elated at the opportunity to host a sound bath event for the launch of Lunya’s Slumberknit Collection at Parachute Home in Pasadena.

Without the vision and unwavering dedication of our founder and lead healer, Letizia, Altha would cease to exist. Letizia's passion, entrepreneurial spirit, and incredible resilience have been the driving force behind Altha's remarkable journey of growth and success. With her deep understanding of sound healing and her passion for wellness, Letizia has not only cultivated a thriving community, but has also provided much-needed moments of peace and serenity to countless individuals. As we honor Altha's second anniversary, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to Letizia for her visionary leadership and for being the heart and soul of our organization.
