“Since childhood, I have felt a deep sense of purpose, although its specifics took time to unfold. My passion for designing and planning high-end events allowed me to channel my creativity and create magical experiences. However, the relentless pace of this work eventually led me to seek a more balanced and fulfilling path. At my lowest point, when all hope seemed lost and doctors had given up, I rescued my canine companion Zen, who helped me find the inner resilience to heal myself.
Through my exploration of holistic wellness, I discovered the transformative power of integrating therapeutic techniques into everyday life. This journey inspired me to infuse Altha with innovative practices that promote mental, physical, and spiritual harmony. With global training in mindfulness, shamanic, and Mayan traditions, and her expertise as a Board-Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Letizia shapes Altha's unique approach. She is dedicated to improving high-paced work environments by developing bespoke programs that enhance mental health, stress management, and productivity. Her passion for crafting fully immersive experiences extends to designing high-end wellness retreats and supporting women through her innovative techniques, such as hypno-birth and hypno-sound bath. Her experience in experiential mawith prestigious brands like Rolls-Royce, Bugatti, Lamborghini, McLaren, Bentley, Pagani, Ferrari, and Aston Martin infuses Altha’s offerings with a depth that touches the body, mind, and soul.
